- Planning, coordination, and oversight of construction and infrastructure projects, from requirements analysis and site surveys through execution and acceptance to handover
- Serving as the central point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle and as the interface to engineering, construction contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, and milestones
- Coordinating civil works, electrical installations, utility infrastructure, and other construction-related activities, including on-site subcontractors
- Coordinating the review of technical documentation, engineering drawings, and construction plans together with subject-matter experts
- Preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating offers, coordinating purchase orders, and supporting change request management
- Coordinating on-site activities across multiple project locations in Germany, including inspections, testing, commissioning, customer acceptance, and project handover
- Ensuring effective collaboration among all project stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery

Your qualifications & knowledge
- Completed degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or installation projects, as well as project management for military or defence customers
- Knowledge of European, German, and NATO standards for defence projects is desirable
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork, with the ability to act calmly, confidently, and solution-oriented under time pressure
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between project sites, including overnight stays when required
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance (Ü2) under the German Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
